  Herb and the volunteers do the best they can under the limited resources and donations given for the cats and dogs. Cats are vaccinated and microchipped. When your trying to save animals, it’s not pretty but there are moments where you realize when animals are happy and safe. Herb keeps the animals happy and safe. I am a witness to that
